Dahl’s central warehouse in Bålsta, Sweden

Nrep Logicenters has commissioned the electrification of Dahl's central warehouse from Hangon Sähkö. The central warehouse is approx. 72,000m² in size.

DSV’s central warehouse in Landskrona, Sweden

Tommy Allström Byggproduktion trusts our professional team and has commissioned the electrification of DSV’s new logistics centre. The centre is DSV's biggest ever project in Sweden. The logistics centre is almost 185,000m² in size.

The commission highlights our expertise in the electrification of large-scale logistics projects.

Barilla Filipstad, Sweden

Barilla is expanding with a new production line and staff areas in Filipstad, Sweden. The project will start in March 2024 and will last until summer 2025. The building covers approximately 10,000 m².

ICA MAXI, ARNINGE SWEDEN

Hangö Elektriska has been contracted to provide electrical, telecoms and data services for the new Ica Maxi store in Arninge, Täby. The store will have a total area of just over 8,000 m² and will be established at the gateway to the commercial area in Arninge - with good access from the E18. This customer-friendly and modern store will offer a wide and locally adapted range of groceries and quality speciality goods at low prices as well as online shopping with drive thru.

Sustainability is important when ICA Real Estate develops new locations. Therefore, sustainability permeates the entire project and the building consists largely of wood with a hybrid frame. Solar cells and meadow soil are combined on the roof, and there are also plans for charging posts, geothermal energy and heat recovery systems. The building is planned to be certified with Miljöbyggnad Gold, by Sweden Green Building Council and will be owned and managed by ICA Real Estate.

Verdion Södertälje, Sweden

Tommy Allström Byggproduktion has entrusted us with the electrification of Verdion's new logistics centre in Södertälje, Sweden. The building covers approximately 30,000 m² and will be completed by 2025.
